Listto legal
Copyright and Content Reporting Policy
Version 2026-07-21-v1 ยท Effective 21 July 2026
Respect for rights
Listto users must have permission to submit recipes, images, text, videos and other content. A recipe idea or ingredient list may be treated differently from original expression, photographs or video; obtain legal advice if unsure.
How to report
Email admin@listto.com.au with your name and contact details, the exact Listto URL, identification of the work or right affected, the reason for your claim, the action requested and a statement that the information is accurate and provided in good faith.
What happens next
We may request clarification, preserve relevant evidence, restrict content while assessing risk, notify the affected user where lawful, and remove or restore content based on the available information. Urgent legal or safety matters are prioritised.
Responses
A user who believes content was restricted by mistake may reply with their identity, authority or licence evidence and explanation. Listto does not determine complex ownership disputes and may require the parties to obtain legal resolution.
Other reports
Use the same contact for impersonation, privacy, defamation, unsafe content or other legal concerns and clearly identify the type of report. Do not submit knowingly false or misleading claims.
